Job Summary Summary: Responsible for the successful operation of concession stand to which he/she is assigned. Supervises and oversees the Stand staff. Must ensure to conduct pre:shifts prior to opening. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: :Sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events.:Takes inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains stock at required operational level.:Trains stand attendants:Conducts daily pre:shift to communicate daily events and reminders:Stand must be fully stocked, prepared and ready for service on time:Ensure Stand if fully operational and staff if following policies and procedures during entire shift:Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.:Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.:Performs other duties as assigned.Apply to Levy today Levy is a member of Compass Group USA Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
