Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, collaborating with other professionals, and guiding our dedicated behavior technician team. We're seeking a candidate with a solid commitment to evidence-based practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Job Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.Design, implement, and monitor ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services.Train and supervise behavior technicians and support staff.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports.Design tailor-made treatment plans.Conduct assessments per insurance requirements.
