Responsibilities:• Prospect and network to cultivate a book of business• Meet with clients to gather data and information to follow up and provide options that meet their needs• Create joint work opportunities with specialists in the firm to grow and develop new markets• Provide white glove customer support to clients• Use email, social media, and personal contact to communicate clearly and often with clients• Maintain documentation and files according to regulatory standards• Develop and define 2-3 key markets to build your specialized niche Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience as a financial adviser or associate planner• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 65 minimum, 66 preferred• Must have a Life and health license or be willing to take the exam before starting• Comfortable generating leads and enjoys meeting new people• Good listener who will focus on each client's unique needs• Coachable and passionate about continual growth and learning• Service-oriented and wants to impact the greater community• A charismatic communicator who loves to coach and help others• Self-starter with a business owner mindset Compensation: $150,000 + at plan commission About Company: Thompson Financial Group is a financial services firm.
