Essential Duties and Responsibilities: :Works alongside team members to set up, plan and execute catering events across the property.:Sets and maintains par levels in all areas.:Communicates and plans with other departments to ensure event day runs smoothly.:Holds ServSafe food and alcohol certifications or state equivalent certification.:Trains attendants and runners where product is held, how to set and execute events while following processes and procedures in place.:Maintains a courteous, friendly demeanor with all team members and guests at all times.:Perform other duties as assigned.
