The Position Improve reliability of the process control systems to meet current and projected customer, business and regulatory requirements through the following activities: People Focus, Equipment Focus and Standards Gatekeeper. This position will be based in Clayton. Flexible work option available. Relationships Manager, Automation. Essential Functions :Support plans to maintain and improve process control systems:Troubleshoots and helps keep the lines running:Schedule and execute plans in coordination with manufacturing schedules:Operate as automation resource on projects that involve process control systems:Own self development and initiative to understand the site process control systems:Adhere to the automation standards and implement the necessary changes to the automation:related specifications and maintenance plans:Support audits and inspections as SME for process control systems:Coach and train colleagues and stakeholders in relevant areas:Utilize the appropriate cLEAN(R) tools within the main areas of Systematic Problem Solving, process improvement, and project management:Operate within compliance with a Quality Mindset that focuses on risk management and mitigation:Implement effective Change Management:Support Corporate, DFP, local IT, and local stakeholder initiatives and projects:Govern behavior based on the Novo Nordisk Way:Other accountabilities, as assigned Physical Requirements May move equipment and /or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facility using various body positions. May be required to be on your feet for up to a 12:hour shift. May required corrected vision to 20/20 or 20/25 based on role. May require color vision based on role. May require the ability to work in loud noise environments with hearing protections. Qualifications :BA/BS in engineering/related field or equivalent (experience + education) required or May consider an AssociatesDegree in Engineering Technology or related field of study from an Accredited University with a minimum of 2 years engineering experience in a process:based manufacturing, utility and /or packaging systems preferred.:Two (2) to five (5) + years engineering experience in process:based manufacturing, utility, and /or packaging systems preferred:Knowledgeable in the following: PLC, SCADA, MES, Oracle,
