We're a property maintenance contractor in need of a Maintenance Assistant to help service our own fleet of vehicles. All tools provided! You do NOT need to bring any tools; we have everything you need!Starting pay $14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience. Job requirements include: Class E driver's license (or better) with a clean driving record. You must be drug free (all employees are tested) Ability to read maps and follow directions Ability to utilize email and navigate various apps and web based programs to track services performed Job duties: Performing preventative maintenance inspections on vehicles. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, Lubrication, tire replacement as well as inspect engines for leaks Troubleshoot and repair vehicle operation problems, including wiring, engine performance, equipment operation, etc. Receive and respond to maintenance work orders submitted by drivers. Benefits package includes Medical, Dental and Vision (Employer pays a portion) Vacation time, 6 paid holidays and 401(k) plan along with other voluntary benefits offered!
