Primary Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, addressing inquiries or concerns.Utilize appropriate methods and tools to furnish accurate, valid, and thorough information.Effectively manage customer grievances, promptly providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and ensuring follow-up on resolutions.Remote processing of orders, forms, applications, and requests.Maintain precise records of customer interactions, oversee customer accounts, and document procedures.Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.Exceed expectations to engage customers, nurturing a loyal clientele.Collaborate with the customer service team to uphold high service standards. Qualifications: Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.Successful completion of a skill assessment and background check.Relevant work experience: 1 - 3 years.Access to a computer or laptop.Headset or headphones with a microphone attachment.High school diploma or equivalent; preference given to higher education degrees. Working Environment: Fully remote position, necessitating a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.Strong and stable internet connection.Flexibility to work varied shifts, potentially including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: Hourly pay range: $13 - $20, contingent on the company agents choose to serve.Sales incentives and performance-based bonuses offer additional earning potential. This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Upon application submission, candidates will proceed with the registration process, which includes successfully passing both a background check and a skill assessment to initiate onboarding. Upon approval, candidates will undergo a new agent orientation, providing an overview of the position and addressing queries. Subsequently, candidates will select a company to work for and undergo training with them. Upon certification completion, agents will have the liberty to set their own schedules and commence work. For assistance or inquiries, our team is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Please note that we are currently not accepting new applicants from the following locations: California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Illinois, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, as well as US territories, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
