, PermanentPosition: Customer Service RepresentativeCompany Overview:Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our school, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our students, parents, and visitors.Responsibilities:- Greet and assist all visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member- Provide information about the school's programs, services, and policies to prospective and current students and parents- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions- Assist with enrollment and registration processes for new and returning students- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience- Handle financial transactions, such as tuition payments and fee collections- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administrationQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an educational setting- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills- Attention to detail and accuracy- Must be able to pass a background checkBenefits:- Competitive salary- Health, dental, and vision insurance- Retirement plan options- Paid time off and holidays- Professional development opportunities- A supportive and inclusive work environmentIf you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a positive impact in the lives of children, we encourage you to apply for this position.
