Multiple shifts and departments available (Med/Surg, Senior Behavioral Health, Rehab, Critical Care Float Pool, PACU, OR, ER, ICU)! If you are looking for a change, we likely have a spot for you! Please note: these are full time positions. We do not have part time roles available. What we expect from you Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient responses to treatments. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical and psychological evaluations. Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Utilize critical thinking skills to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency situations. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care. JOB REQUIREMENTS Associate degree in Nursing (or 3-year Diploma) required. Bachelors degree preferred. BLS certification required ACLS must be obtained within one year of hire 1-year previous nursing experience preferred
