Vishay is seeking a full time Solder Dip Operator for 1st shift in our Bennington, VT location. Responsibilities: : Apply a new smooth coating of solder of the wire leads, of the completed capacitor, to meet solder ability requirements, using the Unity Design Machine along with the hand solder pots.: Perform daily testing and solder analysis: Record critical data on lot traveler ticket Requirements: :Previous manufacturing experience helpful.:May have occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals that fall below acceptable limits as established by current government standards:Adheres to company quality and safety requirements:Must wear required PPE:High School Diploma Pay: :Based on experience Benefits: :Health, Dental and Vision Insurance:401(k):Paid Time Off:Employee Assistance Programs:Tuition Reimbursement This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
