Job DescriptionPosition: Outpatient Dietitian Location: Baylor University Medical Center Aramark Healthcare+ has an immediate need for an experienced outpatient dietitian to join our team at Baylor University Medical Center. As an outpatient dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition counseling and education to patients with a wide variety of medical conditions. You will work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals, to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care. This role works Monday : Friday, 8:00 : 5:00. About the Hospital: Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott and White Health is a nationally recognized, faith:based, not:for:profit hospital in Dallas that cares for more than 300,000 people each year. In 1903, the Dallas hospital opened with 25 beds; today it is a major patient care, teaching and research center for the Southwest. Baylor University Medical Center has 914 licensed beds and serves as the flagship hospital of Baylor Scott and White Health : North Texas. Job Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients: Developing individualized nutrition care plans: Providing nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families: Monitoring and evaluating patient progress: Collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomesfs:300 Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Nutrition or Dietetics: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR): Current Texas State Licensure as a Dietitian/Nutritionist or eligibility for licensure: Minimum of two years of experience as a dietitian, preference for outpatient experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills EducationAbout Aramark Our Mission Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
