Credit and Collections Portfolio Analyst Location: Hybrid : Exton, PA / Home:based Pennsylvania / Remote, US Position Summary: Bentley Systems is seeking a highly motivated Credit and Collections Portfolio Analyst to be part ofour successful Credit and Collections team to support our financial operations group, which is a keycomponent to Bentley's overall Operations Organization. If you have good communication skills, are wellorganized, possess strong communication and numeracy abilities combined with an ability tomultitask and hold yourself accountable, then this is the role for you. Accuracy, goodcomprehension of complex processes and willingness to work under pressure at times arerequirements. Your Day:to:Day:- Manage a full portfolio of receivables for assigned accounts in North America- Achieve quarterly and annual targets related to cash collection, policy reserve, andDSO- Deliver an extremely high level of user service by providing timely information, resolvingdisputes, credits, and Cloud Services Subscription statement processing and adjustments- Deliver exceptional first:line telephone and email support to users and reliably log userinteractions in internal CRM system.- Use collection module for sending dunning letters, statements, and invoices to users- Call delinquent accounts for payment info- Process user payments via Credit Card and handle user refund requests- Record contact activity and invoice status in SAP- Escalate payment issues to Management and Account Managers when their intervention or awarenessis required What You Bring to The Team:- 3:5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Credit or related experience required- Proficient in MS Office Suite.- SAP experience (or other ERP system equivalent in CRM and/or other application modules)desired- Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.- Team player : strong customer focus.- A quick learner and attention to detail.- Creative thinker and strong ability to use initiative.- Works well within a team environment and brings a positive attitude.- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant experience preferred.- Ability and motivation to solve problems Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
