MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: : A High School Diploma or Equivalent; AND: One year of basic experience involving electrical, plumbing, heating, air:conditioning systems, or structural and architectural systems. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: : Must be able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, grasp, push, and pull: Must have manual dexterity with hands and fingers. Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs. or more. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures building and grounds are in order: : Maintains restrooms in clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. : Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and waxes floors. : Cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes lavatories, urinals, and toilet bowls. : Cleans mirrors and water fountains. : Dusts ledges and woodwork. : Replaces deodorizers, toilet tissue, hand towels, and soap. : Pick up debris and trash from grounds and working areas, : Waters grass and flower beds, shrubs included, rakes leaves, and maintains base lawns. Ensures proper maintenance and repair of 290TH structural and architectural systems, ensures proper use, maintenance and repair of shop equipment and portable power tools include but not limited to: : Maintaining and repairing roll:up door systems, personnel entry doors, folding wall partitions, lock systems, building ladder systems, hoists, roofing systems, gutters and down spouts, awnings and window systems: Maintaining and repairing of structural steel buildings, Stucco, brick, block masonry systems and structural coatings : Maintaining and repairing table saws, drill press, band saw, belt sanders, pipe threading machines, grinders, Freon recovery systems and all other assigned tools and equipment: Ensures all assigned tools are accounted for at all times.: Ensures that all applicable safety requirements and procedures are followed 100 of the times Ma
