Key Responsibilities - Design and implement sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes.- Provide insight to larger team on trends and errors and provide innovative business solutions.- Review various processes including sales compensation planning, sales new hire onboarding and training, and our North America Sales Forecasting process.- Research and analyze current processes and present formal recommendations for improvements.- Perform trend analysis and present findings. Competencies and skills - Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field of study.- Strong project management skills.- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow.- Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel and Word.
