Vishay Dale in Columbus, NE is currently seeking a full:time Operator 3 Continuous Line Welder Day Shift. Responsibilities: :Checks production traveler to make sure previous step has been done and proper documentation has been done before sending on to the next station.:Sets up workstation (welder, pre:coat, coating stations and ovens) and makes all checks as required in specification for your assigned workstation.:Makes quality checks as required during assigned shift to ensure quality production.:Selects and organizes orders to be ran. Scans orders into the computer systems, enters material information for traceability.:Signs off production traveler as required with date, employee number, and other paper information. Gives production traveler to Test Mark operator.:Responsible for the Welder portion of the Continuous Line (welder, pre:coat, coating stations and ovens) verifies and monitors quality requirements are being met for above areas. Communicates to rest of continuous line team. Sets the pace of the orders going through the line. :Participates in continuous improvement activities Requirements: :High School Diploma or equivalent:Ability to accurately interpret specifications. :Ability to stand during entire shift. :Ability to handle and lift up to 20 pounds.
