This position does not require an IT degree or specific computer programming skills. This position is a customer service and operations management position. Responsibilities EDE discrepancy specialist team members work with Conservice teams to resolve integration discrepancies. This process ensures that our software data matches the clients data. A few examples of this would be... Verify that integration is running daily. update any mismatched property, unit, and tenant data. Mismatched names, tenant codes, dates Process move in's and move out's Escalate any client facing discrepancies to other team members to manage. An EDE Discrepancy Specialist will communicate directly with Conservice team members in multiple Conservice departments. You will also QC and process daily, weekly, and monthly files accurately.
