Responsibilities: • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills• Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers• Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients• Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers• Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits Qualifications: • Effective collaborator with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales success• A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits• Experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • A high school diploma is required - a bachelor's degree or comparable insurance industry experience is a must• Strong sales and customer service skills are a must.
