Responsibilities:• Coach and teach contracts• Teach database and COI marketing• Command training• Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients• Coaching appointments• Weekly accountability with agents• Help negotiate contracts• Ability to teach sales script mastery Qualifications:• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Real estate sales experience• 10+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS preferred• Team player• Coachable and trainable• Commission opportunity• Attend ongoing KW training and events• Great with communication Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
