Vida Integrated Health is seeking a Chiropractor to join our excellent integrated team of compassionate providers at our Vida Renton clinic on Sunset Boulevard. Spanish-speaking is a plus, although not required. We currently have 6 locations and about 120 employees in the Greater Seattle area, including Capitol Hill, U Village, Kirkland, Bellevue, Everett and our newest clinic in Renton. We are provider-owned and growing, and have great opportunities for advancement or relocation. If you enjoy working collaboratively on an interdisciplinary team with other great providers, this is an excellent opportunity to join our unique and effective healthcare model. Our team consists of Chiropractors, Functional Medicine NDs, PAs, Nurses, Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, Physical therapists, and Massage therapists allowing for a true in-house integrated approach to care. Schedule: Full time, M-F or T-S. Perks & Benefits of Joining Vida: • Generous and Flexible Paid Time Off• Paid Holidays• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more• Internal Wellness program with $2,000 in annual credits• Continuing education allowance, along with ongoing support and mentorship• Product & Supplement Discounts• 401(k) Retirement Program with employer match Responsibilities:• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors.• Develop individual patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate chiropractic and related modalities to address the patient's health issues.• Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and patient treatment plans, for each patient.• Monitor patient's condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly.• Collaborate with other health professionals as needed, both internal and external. Qualifications:• US Work Authorization.• Active Chiropractic License.• At least one year of experience practicing chiropractic.• Manual Adjusting Techniques and Myofascial Release skills, including Soft Tissue techniques like ART, IASTM, and FR Release.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
