Requirements/Responsibilities * Culinary degree or fantastic work experience* 2 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen* Inventory and Data management experience* Knowledge and experience in all roles of the kitchen* Team leadership skills* Excellent interpersonal communication skills* Passion for the business* An understanding of health and safety and food safety regulations (Serve Safe)* High energy* Willing to learn Cook is generally offered as a part time restaurant job.
