Responsibilities: • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business• Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller• Follow the team plan• Be a team player• Ask questions• Set listing appointments• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Close Sales Qualifications: • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Possesses a real estate license • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: At KW Del Mar, we have lead systems, resources, a coaching team, and multiple office teams in place for San Diego real estate.
