Our law office is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Responsibilities: • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard• Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency• Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate• Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently• Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base Qualifications: • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency• High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus• Customer service or sales experience a plus• Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus• Previous legal experience a plus Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly About Company: JS Abrams Law is a growing AV-rated boutique law firm in Woodland Hills, CA that provides unparalleled legal services to clients all over the great State of California.
