Responsibilities: • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities• Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers• Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity• Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Qualifications: • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills• Great phone presence with a closer mentality• Decisive and proactive in the sales process• Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Compensation: $132,500 at plan earnings About Company: We are Orange County's Fastest Growing Full Service Brokerage Focusing on Investing
