Overview: $18.50/ hour Minimum Age Requirement: 18 Monitor and enforce food handling policies and procedures. Conduct a variety of audits and ensure protocols, processes, records and reports are maintained and communicated. You'll also.. Audit locations and employees using several methods designed to assist in training employees and improving food handling policies. Conduct retraining for employees according to established guidelines. Conduct audits of Food and Beverage Warehouse. Accurately enter data into Food Operations database. Keep all work and storage areas clean to meet local and state sanitation guidelines. Provide information and assistance to employees both over the telephone and in person.
