Client Summary: Leading technology platform for home and community-based care Originated from a vision to develop a comprehensive homecare solution Aimed at supporting aging individuals and those with disabilities to thrive at home Employs over 700 team members worldwide Passionate about revolutionizing healthcare by creating a connected homecare ecosystem Connects patients, personal care providers, managed care organizations, and states Position Responsibilities: Successfully lead all provider implementation activities for the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customer segment. Develop, own, and oversee the provider implementation strategy, project management, and playbook to deliver value to providers through expedited onboarding timelines, increased customer adoption and proficiency, and reduced post sale churn. Partner with the Interoperability, Customer Education & Training, Customer Success, and Technical Customer Care groups to align on implementation best practices and set a standard for how this comapny implements new provider customers. Manage all implementation KPI's and report monthly on performance to executives and key stakeholders. Lead, coach, mentor, and optimize core teams around each provider market segment. P&L ownership and management Other responsibilities as communicated, align with typical leadership responsibilities (i.e. owning and managing daily standups, weekly and monthly meetings, and 1:1's, etc..). Experience & Skills:Required Experience and Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, with 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role. Deep understanding of implementation and project management standards and best practices. Knowledge of the 21st Century CURES Act and corresponding EVV requirements, Medicaid revenue cycle, and Medicaid billing rules. An engaging leader with an executive presence who sets and maintains high standards, leads by example, and holds themselves and their staff accountable in over-achieving KPI's and providing an exceptional customer experience. Strong project management acumen with the ability to drive operational excellence through partnership with cross-functional teams. Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to interact with customers, vendors, and 3rd parties. Demonstrated experience in building scalable and repeatable processes in a system of record SaaS implementation organization. Track record of hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and retaining high performing staff. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral Preferred Experience and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in system of record SaaS software implementation, with provider healthcare experience strongly preferred.
