In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.Responsibilities Supporting development, clinical, and launch activities, employee will perform operations in the Manufacturing area. Operations will be performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Hands-on operations: set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of various manufacturing equipment. Preparing buffers/media per defined manufacturing procedures (MPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Following GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) with strict adherence to safety and compliance Performing and monitoring critical processes with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting Performing in-process sampling of equipment and operating analytical equipment? Hands-on cleaning, and setup of processing equipment and process rooms Support manufacturing new process introduction activities Assist in the review of facility and equipment documentation (equipment/room logbooks) Maintenance of Raw Materials & Consumables Inventory Supporting the day to day operational needs of the facility Dispensing and handling of raw materials Qualifications: Associate degree and 2 years of experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience Dispensing and handling of raw materials Hands-on cleaning, and setup of processing equipment and process rooms Assist in the review of facility and equipment documentation Mechanically inclined (I.E know how to use a wrench) Available to work various shifts (day, swing, graves, weekends, holidays, 5x8hrs, 4x10hrs, 3 or 4x12hrs) as dictated by the production schedule .
