We are seeking an in-office professional who can oversee and manage our incoming leads and lead sources. This person will be able to systematize leads, lead processing, and increase ROI by ensuring that all lead standards are being followed. Please note: A robust background in lead management and proficiency in CRM systems are prerequisites for this position. Responsibilities:• Develop and implement an effective lead oversight program.• Evaluate and monitor the performance of sales leads in all platforms and CRMs.• Implement accountability measures for all agents handling incoming leads.• Identify opportunities for improving lead delivery and processing systems.• Stay current with best practices on lead sources, CRMs, and new technology.• Track and look for ways to increase ROI on lead sources. Qualifications:• US Work Authorization.• Experience in lead management, customer service, and sales.• Proficient in CRM softwares, MS Office.• Ability to manage and hold people accountable.• Time Management Skills.• Proactive problem-solving.
