Responsibilities:• Lead and oversee the team to meet targets and goals, ensuring team motivation and clear communication of quotas.• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to deliver exceptional customer experiences.• Ensure adherence to all required licensing regulations.• Conduct consultations with potential clients to analyze financial information, assess financing needs, and provide recommendations on suitable products and services.• Educate clients on loan terms, clarify their responsibilities, and suggest appropriate options.• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Encompass software for managing loan applications, ensuring compliance, and minimizing risks.• Maintain an in-depth understanding of lending policies, programs, and regulatory standards to deliver excellent customer care.• Tailor company services to address individual client requirements and promote services accordingly.• Stay informed on market rates and trends to offer well-informed advice to clients.• Perform any additional tasks as needed to fulfill business requirements. Qualifications:• To be eligible for the Senior Mortgage Loan Officer Manager position in Troy, MI, it is required to hold an NMLS license.• A high school diploma is a fundamental prerequisite for this role.• Having a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, economics, or a related field is highly preferred.• Necessary skills include exceptional customer service and interpersonal capabilities.• Effective communication skills, encompassing both verbal and non-verbal aspects, are essential.• The position calls for accountability, adaptability, and a driven attitude.• Proficiency in essential Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Outlook, and Word is a must.• Strong focus on detail, outstanding organizational abilities, and effective time management are critical.• The capability to multitask and excel in a competitive, fast-paced setting is vital.
