We are looking for an experienced Construction Crew Leader who can lead our labor crew and subcontractors. You'll help our construction and landscaping company plan and manage projects from start to finish for homeowners. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, maintaining the safety and compliance of a construction site, and supervising all activities. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of construction field experience with leadership skills in managing general contractors highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits: • Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000• Health and Dental coverage• Paid Time Off• Paid Training• Bonus Opportunity• Monthly Outings (one-on-one with CEO talking about next steps of development and learning)• Company Parties• Simple IRA and Matching (3%)• Personal growth- financial, skill development, further education, relational, and spiritual• Career Development • Communicative Office Support• Referral bonuses made easy (Google: Best ranked Landscape Co. in West Chester) Responsibilities: • Keep a daily record of project progress and home improvements for the project manager and the homeowner• Minimize injuries and delays on building projects by requiring complete attention to health and safety standards, and report any issues to the project manager when they occur• Ensure that each construction project produces a high-quality finished product, manage construction workers, conduct routine on-site inspections, and provide guidance as needed• Employ subcontractors and ensure they have all of the necessary permits• Prepare a written proposal for homeowners that includes a cost estimate for the project Qualifications: • Stamina for operating heavy equipment and lifting 40 pounds or more • A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Finished training for OSHA 30 license and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office software • General contractor's license required Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 About Company: Clean Peak Landscaping was founded in West Chester, PA in 2017 out of a love for people and nature.
