Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline• Prospect for new leads to promote new business• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Qualifications: • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills• A successful and proven sales history is preferred• Show good organizational and time management skills• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $115,000 About Company: Eric Gerard Enge, founder has over 17 years of experience in customer service, finance, and real estate.
