The ideal candidate will maintain client communication, draft and review legal documents, conduct discovery, handle hearings and depositions, negotiate settlements, and perform administrative duties. Strong academic credentials, time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software, and excellent communication abilities are essential. The candidate must be licensed by the Georgia Bar or anticipate admission post-February 2024 Bar exam, with proficiency in Spanish considered a plus.
