Strong legal and academic credentials, superior writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a client-focused approach are essential for success in this role.Duties:Draft legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, and leasing.Counsel clients on legal matters and provide expert advice in the realm of real estate, transactional, and corporate law.Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff at all levels, demonstrating a strong client service ethic.Manage components of transactions and, over time, take responsibility for entire transactions independently.Requirements:3-6 years of relevant experience in real estate, transactional, and/or corporate law.Admitted to practice law in the state of Maine.Strong legal and academic credentials, demonstrating excellence in the field.Superior writing skills with attention to detail.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Skills:Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage components of transactions independently.Strong client service ethic and collaborative approach.Detail-oriented with superior writing skills.
