Work Directly with a Chick-fil-A Operator – The Operator is an independent business owner who is an expert in leadership development and entrepreneurialism. The operator is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant operations and invests time into the team members to better their future. Competitive Pay – Our Average Driver rate is $22 per hour which includes Wages, Tips, Meal Benefit. Additionally, we have a 401-K with an up to a 4% match. You utilize our vehicles so no damage to your car, and we pay the second half of your Social Security Tax saving you over 7% in taxes. Jobs will include but not limited to: Driver, Cashier, Serve Guests, Deliver Meals to Tables or Cars, Stock Supplies, Prepare Drinks and Desserts, Bag Food, Drive-Thru, Host, Trash Removal, Cleaning Store (inside and outside), Clean Restrooms, Clean Play Area, Clean Floors and Windows, Work Inside and Outside of the Restaurant to name a few and other assigned duties. Requirements/Responsibilities Requirements - You must be 18+ with a good driving recordYou must have hours of availability Monday – Saturday 7:00am – 9:00pmYou must have a valid driver’s licenseYou must be willing to drive your own carYou must have proof of car registration and insuranceYou must be honest and trustworthyYou must have a sense of urgency in all you doYou must be hard working, team-oriented and have great customer skillsYou must have the ability to read/understand English and/or SpanishYou must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per weekYou must have the ability to lift 50 pounds Special Instructions Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call.
