DeLallo is seeking candidates for Production Line Associates at our facility in Penn, PA that want to grow with the company and that are looking for more than just a "job."----Monday through Friday starting at 5:30 AMThese are full-time positions on a production line with responsibilities to prepare, properly package, label and prepare shipments of food items through the use of various equipment.-- Job responsibilities include: Assisting in the daily set-up and operation of equipment as outlined in the daily production schedule Maintaining a steady pace and adjusting as required to match production speed requirements Following outlined Good Manufacturing Practice--compliance along with ensuring facility and equipment processes are also in compliance Monitoring product packing line for proper container fill Manually packaging product when required and ensure labeling is properly affixed. Maintaining appropriate levels of supplies at the line Stacking product or boxes of product onto pallets After completion of production run, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas All other tasks as assigned or required Candidate requirements: Steady work history that shows a desire to take on additional responsibility Prior experience working in a production or production line environment is preferred Prior experience in a role that required--attention to detail Must wear company issued uniform, safety shoes, and PPE as required-- Ability to work successfully in a team environment with all personality types.
