We are looking for employees that take pride in their work and see HVAC service as both an art and a trade. *Sign On Bonus up to $1,500 if licensed * Responsibilities Install, repair, and or replace various commercial HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis Maintain clean work area Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work and with a positive attitude Attend company meetings as necessary Adhere to all safety and handbook policies Qualifications At least 3-5 years' experience in HVAC Residential and or commercial experience is preferred Possess a RI Refrigeration license and EPA Certificate Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products Attention to detail and goal oriented Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills Must be able to work on-call nights and weekend hours Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Plan with Company Match Holiday Pay Long Term Disability Company Paid Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account Great Company Culture Continuous and extensive training and development *Must hold a Refrigeration, Pipefitter or Sheet Metal license to qualify for Sign On Bonus While working with us expect to be treated like family - because you are!
