PRN (as needed) position Shift: Friday, Saturday and Monday/ 9:00am - 5:00pm Perimeter Behavioral of Arlington has a great opportunity for a PRN (as needed) Dietary Aide/Cook. We are seeking individuals who are committed to improving our patient’s lives by using a patient centered, collaborative approach to providing high quality of care.Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington is conveniently located in Arlington Texas and is a psychiatric children’s hospital providing inpatient programs for children and adolescents. The Dietary Aide’s responsibilities include the following: Assists with the preparation of food. Serves the food to patients, guests, and staff. Cleans and sanitizes the dining room and kitchen. Helps to stock shelves and ensure cold and dry goods are properly stored. Assists with other tasks as directed by the Cook or Dietary Manager. Qualified candidates for Dietary Aide should have the following: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have current Food Handler Certification. Must be at least 21 years of age. Have at least 1-year commercial food service experience preferably in a healthcare setting. Always exhibits professional service excellence attitude. Able to work the schedule mentioned. Available to attend a full week of hospital orientation.
