Overview: The Battleground State Direct Mail Desk will be the primary point of contact for all direct mail vendors.They will work closely with the national battleground team leadership and state leadership to support arobust direct mail program. We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds and experience andare dedicated to building a team that looks like America. Key Responsibilities ● Track and drive logistics of the Battleground State Mail Program including both theconstituency and general mail programs● Author and manage the approval processes between battleground state leadership, stateleadership, data team, and vendors● Ensuring vendors are meeting deadlines and hitting goals by cataloging and track all mailpieces Preferred Skills & Qualifications ● Deep knowledge of direct mail, data, coordinated campaign● 2 cycles of experience in direct mail● Expertise in the logistical processes of direct mail● Knowledge of and experience with FEC regulations● Multi-state management experience is necessaryThe starting salary for this position is $120,000 on an annualized basis, commensurate with experienceand qualifications. This is a full-time position that may require work on weekends. This is an exemptposition. Due to FEC regulations, only U.S. citizens or U.S. green card holders are eligible to apply for thisrole.
