Position Overview: As a Parts Certification Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that all work orders are meticulously processed and documented. Your primary responsibilities will include handling completed paperwork, scanning documents, and accurately placing certifications with corresponding parts. This position primarily involves seated work with occasional movement required for tasks such as placing certifications or moving carts of parts. Key Responsibilities: Process and organize work orders efficiently. Scan and archive paperwork accurately. Match certifications with the correct parts. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to sit for extended periods. Proficient computer skills, with a focus on typing. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Schedule: 2nd Shift
