REQ'MTS: Bach or equiv. & 9 yrs exp in: Understanding interdependencies & bus. impact of future IT plans utilizing Jira, Confluence (technl documentation portal) & project mgmt tools incl Clear Commitment & JIRA to manage project & people dependencies across multiple divisions; Selecting & implementing vendor-specific methodologies incl Agile Softw dvlpmt methodology, & consulting w/ structured methodologies incl prototyping (proof-of-concept) new softw ideas, incorporating agile methodologies & API based & test-driven dvlpmt.
