Description:--- Process incoming customer orders--- Create Sales Orders--- Create ship release with dates and special instructions--- Work with Supply Chain Manager to ensure raw materials will be in inventory--- Work with Production Planning to obtain Production Date--- Create Manufacturing Order )--- Proof read for accuracy--- Follow up on active orders to ensure compliance with deliver date--- Create export paper work--- Review Customer invoices--- General sales support--- Assist in answering incoming calls--- Provide sales forecasting--- Work alongside Inside Sales to facilitate customer orders--- Maintain customer account database--- Maintain customer item numbers--- Submit Quoting requests to Business Analyst--- Create job estimates in conjunctions with Business Analyst--- send and follow up on Quotes with customers--- handle and process Customer Complaints--- Participate in Scheduling meeting--- Other duties may be assignedAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Have:- 2-5 years of sales support or account management experience.
