LOCATION Hybrid : 1-2 days/week, Bethesda MD THE ROLE Collage Group is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our innovative and growing team in our mission to help organizations unleash the power of cultural intelligence to drive brand growth. As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator you will be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives, ranging from virtual and in-person events to digital campaigns, with a focus on high-quality lead generation, member and prospect engagement, and B2B revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, partnering with commercial team leads, you will manage day-to-day partnership and events communications, business intelligence projects, and digital marketing campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Write engaging event copy and promotional collateral to drive event registration and attendance. Manage Collage Group calendar of sponsorships and exhibits at tradeshows; coordinate pre-event logistics, onsite experiences and post-event reporting. Manage and execute strategic partnership agreements across Collage Group member brands and external organizations with a focus on lead generation and brand-building. Manage award submissions calendars, coordinating across teams for entries that generate brand awareness and recognition for Collage Group and its member brands. Gather, analyze and report data from internal and external sources to enable marketing and commercial teams. Develop, implement, measure, and refine omnichannel B2B lead-generation campaigns leveraging graphic design and digital marketing tools. Measure and report on marketing initiatives and make recommendations for campaigns. QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS in marketing, communications, public relations, or related 2+ years in marketing, event planning, communications or related, preferably for a marketing/PR agency, tech company or large consumer brand Experience with CRM, email marketing, web development, and database tools; Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress and Snowflake a big plus Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing Exceptional project and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Able to work both independently with minimal supervision, and cross-functionally to balance a range of projects, objectives and business needs.
