We are seeking a reliable individual to oversee the operations of our hotel during overnight hours. As the Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. From ensuring high-quality service delivery to coordinating with various hotel departments, including assisting with breakfast preparation, you'll be at the heart of our nighttime operations. This role offers flexibility, as it can be either part-time or full-time depending on your availability throughout the day. Additionally, your responsibilities will include maintaining the safety and security of the hotel and its guests and ensuring peace of mind throughout the night. Responsibilities:• Ensure that all hotel departments are functioning efficiently and effectively• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner for all properties in Stowe, VT• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests by monitoring the premises and corresponding to any after-hours issues• Manage reservations and room assignments, and assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed• Oversee the preparation of reports and records related to hotel operations Qualifications:• Strong leadership and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively• Familiarity with hotel operations and systems, such as property management software and reservation systems• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment• Availability to work overnight shifts• Available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly About Company: TAKE LEAVE FROM THE ORDINARY At AWOL Stowe we celebrate freedom and escape.
