Social Media, Website Manager & Content Creator Finestkind Brewing, LLC Finestkind Brewing, owner of Smuttynose Brewing Co., Island District Cocktails, Five Boroughs Brewing Co. and Wachusett Brewing Co. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic Social Media Manager to enhance and grow all of our brand's online presence through various social media and online platforms. You'll be working in a fast-paced and fun atmosphere and will be responsible for developing, creating and administering social media content, under the direction of the Creative Director and management team, that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and our brands. You will be at the forefront of the development of a whole new beverage platform. A passion for craft beer is a must. Responsibilities Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original photos, copy, videos and news) under the direction of the marketing, events and management team Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews Develop and expand our presence in the craft beer community and/or influencer outreach efforts Update and maintain all online presences. Work closely with management team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals Coordinate asset needs with content creators, brand managers, designers, and other staff Photograph, video and attend Smuttynose events throughout the region Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy Perform ongoing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics Suggest and implement features to develop brand awareness (i.e. promotions and competitions) Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools and applications Maintain and update website to coordinate with online presence initiatives Willingness to pitch in wherever help is needed for the good of the company Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 5+ years' experience in social media management Hands on experience in content management Excellent communication & copywriting skills Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics Knowledge of online marketing channels Exceptional analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Life Insurance, FSA $20,000 of company paid life insurance Generous PTO package Beer perks Discounts at the Restaurant and Tasting Bar Finestkind Brewing Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Finestkind is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
