Let us help you build your skill set and experience as a Caregiver for our Assisted Living residents. Join our team of dedicated Caregivers today!We are seeking kindhearted, energetic Caregivers who have a genuine desire to help seniors. The purpose of the Caregiver position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents. What we offer: Previous experience as a Caregiver or in a similar role is not required. Free meal each shift! We pay for your training to become a Certified Caregiver in the state of Arizona. Hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, & PRN shifts (see below for schedules available). Competitive pay. Medical, dental and vision insurance. Paid time off. Paid sick leave. Document care provided and report any changes in resident's condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Perform welfare checks on residents. Document and report care provided and resident observations. Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy. Ability to provide compassionate patient care. Certificates needed or must obtain once hired: Current CPR and First Aid certification; If not certified, we will cover your training cost. Valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance card; If don't have, you will have to apply once hired. Current Negative TB test; We offer TB Testing at no cost to you.
