fairlife, LLC is a Chicago-based nutrition company that creates great-tasting, nutrition-rich and dairy products to nourish consumers.With nearly $2B in annual retail sales, fairlife s portfolio of delicious, lactose-free, real dairy products includes: fairlife ultra-filtered milk; Core Power High Protein Shakes, a sports nutrition drink to support post-workout recovery; fairlife nutrition plan , a nutrition shake to support the journey to better health.A wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola company, fairlife, LLC has been recognized by both Fast Company and Nielsen for its industry leading innovation.To learn more about fairlife and its complete line of products, please visit fairlife.com. job purpose:The Director of Data & Decision Intelligence will play a lead role in delivering on fairlife's ambition of building a best-in-class Data and Decision Intelligence (DDI) ecosystem.responsibilities: Drive day-to-day service delivery for analytics platform, leading initiatives to improve performance, scalability, and resilience of servicesLead the development and execution of DDI strategy and roadmaps aligning with fairlife s overall goals & objectivesDrive data visualization strategy and execution for all aspects of the business, including real-time manufacturing shop floor visualsLead planning and communication with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive prioritization and initiativesWork closely with DDI team members to support solution design and engineering for all aspects of the analytics platformBuild trust by establishing a culture of quality, transparency, and high levels of customer serviceLead a team of developers ensuring that individuals are thriving and reaching their full potentialPartner with other groups to develop, enforce, and manage certain architectural and infrastructural standards, policies, and best practicesEstablish & maintain data governance and quality standards to ensure best in class data accuracy and reliability of reportingskills/qualifications: 8-10+ years leadership and/or relevant experience requiredTechnical expertise in data and analytics, including hands-on experience as a developer or data engineerA strong demonstrated aptitude for modern product development practicesExperience leading technical engineering and/or product management, heavily focused on data analytics and business intelligenceIdeal candidates will have strong individual contributor experience within product developmentExperience building and deploying self-service reporting solutions using business intelligence or data visualization softwareExpertise in SQL, data warehousing solutions and database modeling in a business environmentDemonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodsStrong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teamsBachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education or experienceAbility to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environmentWork experience in or related to manufacturingposition location: Chicago, ILreports to: Sr Director, Data & Decision Intelligencetravel requirements: 20-30% fairlife, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
