We provide support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs, but consider their physical, emotional, social, and spirtual wellbeing. JOB PROFILE: This position is responsible to perform Lions Manor and Lions View housekeeping and other related duties to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents, families, and staff members. This position reports directly to the LM/LV Housekeeping Supervisor under the supervision of the Support Services Manager. Responsibilities: Function according to housekeeping policies and procedures, and work within established routines in order to meet standards. Function as part of a housekeeping team, assist where help is needed for the purpose of creating a clean and healthy environment. Ensure that all designated areas are cleaned on a daily basis as per housekeeping schedules. Ensure that all floor areas, café, offices, elevators, computer areas, common areas are cleaned as per schedule. Assist with room turnover when a room vacancy arises. Learn the function of all cleaning machines within Lions Housing Centres Inc. Ensure that the cleaning cart is organized, restocked, and replenished as required. Ensure that all garbage and refuse collected daily, thrown away or recycled appropriately. Function in a flexible manner by prioritizing functions and recognizing the individuality of each resident.
