The incumbent will execute Change Management activities for Insurance Canada, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. They will deliver/coordinate all internal communications (and some external communication initiatives as required) including the management of Insurance Canada’s communication channels and processes, content creation, planning and development, editing, execution and reporting. What you’ll be doing… Change Management: Ensuring new and existing Insurance Canada programs and initiatives achieve objectives by increasing employee/partner adoption and usage through the execution of change management plans Support project managers and product leads by integrating change management into implementation plans Establish cross-functional KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress, track and report issues; conduct impact analyses, and post implementation deep-dives to continue refining Insurance Canada’s.
