For more information on the department view our website: novascotia. ca/natr About Our Opportunity The Manager of the Crown Land Information Management Centre is appointed as the Registrar of Crown Lands, a statutory position created and defined under the Crown Lands Act. This position is accountable to ensure: the integrity and accuracy of the information maintained in the Crown lands registry; the mapping, archival storage, and retrieval of historical and digital Crown land data; the research and interpretation of current and historical records of Crown lands; the performance of the function of Registrar of Crown lands as designated under the Crown Lands Act; the conversion of paper to digital data; management of the Crown lands geographic information system and cartographic services. As the Manager, Crown Lands Information Management Center, you will report to the Director of Surveys. About You The Manager requires a combination of self motivation, strong leadership and a genuine interest and determination in fulfilling the Provincial and Departmental goal in Crown land records management and Cadastre maintenance.
