The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They should also have excellent communication skills and work effectively independently and as part of a team.Duties:Handle general liability matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, class action litigation, and insurance coverage.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process.Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings as necessary.Assist senior attorneys with case management and strategy development.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.Active license in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania.Preferred: License to practice law in New Jersey.3 years of experience with general liability matters; 7 years preferred.Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.Certifications:Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.Preferred: License to practice law in New Jersey.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Case management and strategy development.Drafting legal documents.Courtroom advocacy.Client communication and relationship management.Time management and organization.Teamwork and collaboration.
