Please follow this link for a closer look at what it's like to work at Children's Wisconsin: https://www.instagram.com/lifeatcw/ Position Summary: Under the direction of the Supervisor, this after-hours position will provide the appropriate response necessary, including both virtual and in-person, to address exigent placement needs, safety controls and crisis response needed after-hours for both the In Home Services and Ongoing Services programs. Position Requirements: Knowledge acquired through a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) or equivalent (Sociology, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling or Guidance and Counseling) required. One year of experience in the delivery of educational training, employment services, vocational counseling, social services or related field preferred. Child welfare experience strongly preferred. Experience working with families of diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds strongly preferred. Social Work certification preferred. Requires a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, personal auto liability insurance coverage and the ability to be insured by the CHHS auto insurance carrier. Must use personal vehicle to transport children, complete in-house car seat transporter training within one month of hire and re-train biannually thereafter to maintain. Experience working with families of diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds strongly preferred. You may need to respond in person - this is a part-time on-call position. The hours are - Monday-Friday: 5PM-10PM; 730PM-12AM; 1130PM-8AM. Saturday, Sunday and Weekday Holidays: 730AM-4PM; 330PM-12AM; 1130PM-8AM Eligible shift differential and on-call pay Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
